Obedience to God.

We shall explain some out of the following references. Deut 26:16 says This day the Lord thy God hath commanded thee to do these statutes and judgments:thou shall therefore keep and do them with all thine heart and with all thy soul. Others are 1 Sam 15:22,Matt 7:21. Results of obedience Exo 19:5, Jam 1:25, Rev 22:14. Examples of people with the heart of obedience can be seen in the Bible. (1) Noah Gen 6:22 (2) Abraham Gen 22:2-3 (3) Joshua jos 11:15 (4) Hezekiah 11 kings 18:6 (5) Joseph and Mary Luke 2:39 (6) Paul Acts 26:19 (7) Christ Heb 5:8 (8) Bezaleel Exo 36:1. People of God, when your wife obeys you as her head, there is nothing you cannot do for her to make her happy and pleasant, but when she is arrogant and stubborn, you too may reciprocate in that form. The case of Jesus Christ is enough to further explain obedience. In Heb 5:8-9,the Bible says though he were a son, yet he learned obedience by things which He suffered and having been perfected, he became an author of eternal salvation to those who obey him. Jesus demonstrated obedience to the father in Heaven and was also rewarded to become a source of salvation to those who also obey him. Is a reciprocal. Disobedience in turn will attract punishment. That will not be our portion ijmn. Whether difficult like preparing pounded yam or easy like preparing eba, we are to obey him. Saul disobeyed God in 1 Sam 15:22 and he paid dearly for it.
