Multi party system jettisoned.

Only uni party is in practise and not multi party system in Nigeria. There are 3 types of party system (1) uni party (2) Bi party (3) multi party. What is party in politics? A political beliefs and aims which you can vote for during elections. Their ideology and views may be same. Thereafter, comes manifesto showing their programs for the Nation. This is real of every country. In Nigeria, are we practicing the real multi party or uni party? It is one party in nature where 70% of members of House of Assembly or National Assembly belongs to the same party. The impeachment saga is put into abeyance, because nobody votes against his own house. Even if the opposition goes against the person in power, his voice is not heard. Like I often said, the sin committed by Nigeria is worse than Sodom and Gomorhai in this present dispensation. Why? It is because no impeachment, even though it’s in the constitution to impeach unwanted president or governor found with Administrative malfeasance, either financially, security or otherwise. All these are there without anybody thinking of impeachment, which ought to be a method of correcting the anomalies. This is “inflangrate delicto” of the highest order, doing things”,infra digni tante and higgledy piggledy without remorse, even though the prima facie evidence is there. How then do we end this when impeachment process is in abeyance completely? We see it as a normal phenomenon and unconstitutional in Nigeria by only waiting for periodic elections which has no solution to the problem, because votes will be swept under the carpet to declare the loser as the winner. Whereas, “mutatis mutandis, we are to remove the unwanted procedure that is harmful in democracy. Let us put things “insitu” and shun corruption. Good luck to us.
